About Our Candles

What are The Rookh candles made from?

We use soy wax blended with Himalayan essential oils, hand-poured with care and love in small batches.

Are your candles organic and cruelty-free?

Yes. All ingredients are natural, cruelty-free, and free from synthetic additives or toxins.

Do your candles contain paraffin?

No. We never use paraffin. Our waxes are clean-burning and eco-conscious.

Candle Care & Safety

How can I extend my candle’s life?

Trim the wick before each use and allow full melt pools to form. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

What is tunneling and how do I prevent it?

Tunneling occurs when only the center melts. Let the candle burn long enough to reach the edges during the first few burns.

How should I extinguish my candle?

Use a snuffer or dip the wick in wax to minimize smoke and retain scent integrity.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 days. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive tracking info via email or SMS once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship only within India. We’re working on international options.

Returns & Support

Can I return my candle?

You may return unused candles in original packaging within 7 days. Contact us to initiate a return.

My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us a photo of the damage and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Gifting & Custom Orders

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes! Select the gift option during checkout. We’ll include gift wrapping and a personalized note.
